about

Recently, I've been playing some late night improvisations, and as live as I can with my setup. This is all with a view to developing them into something longer and/or more interesting... or not.

The first seven pieces here are examples of those live moments, and you'll hear that some are quite well developed, and others much less so. There are a lot more, but those are destined for greater things. A lot of these have also appeared on my YouTube channel, although in much lower quality. All tracks here are 24-bit masters, none of that 16-bit malarkey.

The eighth track, "To the Stars", is an old piece that I found lurking on my hard drive and it dates from before I was calling myself The Soviet Space Dog Project.

The final piece is something I did whilst playing with the sequences for the "The First Patashnik". If we all keep quiet, and hold off the meddling kids, I might just get away with it.

There's over 80 minutes of music here, so I hope that you find a couple of things that work for you. In a break with accepted tradition, and because I know some people actually want it, I've made the final track available individually.
