Krakenkraft/Etherkraken Wonderful album in the Berlin School tradition that you can't help but listen to several times in a row (as I did, again, today)! Favorite track: Side A: Out There.

David Kellett Absolutely thrilling album!! I’m a fan of Berlin School so I don’t know how I have missed out on The Soviet Space Dog Project until now. It’s always so great to hear new music that doesn’t imitate Berlin classics yet manages to do new things within what I would call the essence of the genre. This music really does that - it speaks with a new voice and yet is steeped in the magic that makes the genre so entrancing and enduring. Favorite track: Bonus: Out There and Onwards (New Horizons Continuous Mix).

about

A piece that makes heavy use of my new AE Modular for all of the sequencing and a lot of the ambient washes.

This was recorded whilst thinking about the New Horizons spacecraft making the farthest planetary flyby in human history - one billion miles beyond Pluto to Ultima Thule (a name that is very special to fans of Berlin School music).

In addition to the individual tracks, and as a bonus, there is a continuous mix version. So you can really get right out there if you want (and it has a slightly different ending).
