about

There is currently a lot of excitement about detecting phosphine in the atmosphere of Venus and just what that might mean. Here is a quote from a BBC piece:

"On Earth, phosphine is associated with life, with microbes living in the guts of animals like penguins, or in oxygen-poor environments such as swamps. For sure, you can make it industrially, but there are no factories on Venus; and there are certainly no penguins."

I so nearly called this album, "The Revenge of the Venusian Penguins", but that would be just silly.

Anyway, here are a couple of recent pieces presented as two sides of a record - don't worry, your player will do the turning over for you and all clicks and pops have been mastered out. Side A is a slightly longer, but much more beatless piece that sets you up for Side B, which gets a little more exciting for while, but not for too long.

Settle down and enjoy some quality time with your own mind, and contemplate just what life would have been like on Venus back in those ancient times.
